Step 1: Schedule & Booking
The first step is to book the appointment with us after you have scheduled your appointment with the management company. Be sure to give us 24 hours notice so we are sure to accommodate you.

Step 2: Billing & Disclosure
Once you make the payment you will get a confirmation that we will be present for the scheduled minute reading.

Step 3: Receive Report
You will receive your report within 24-48 hours after the appointment has been fulfilled.

TRAVELING NOTARY

Step 1: Type of Notary (Personal or Business)
Traveling Notary Personal entails notarization of Simple & Personal/Individual Documents with travel to a home, apartment lobby, office or quiet cafe.
Traveling Notary Business entails notarization of Real Estate/Property Documents (not bank related real estate closing documents, Estate Documents and or Powers of Attorney with travel Company/at Hospital or Hospice-Based.
Step 2: Scheduling and Booking
Travel is within the New York City area. Please state Brief description of Documents to be notarized and how many pages to be notarized, provide location and time needed for notary. A minimum of 24 hours notice required.
Step 3: Meeting
Upon meeting the Notary, we ask that you please have at least one valid Photo ID and payment if not made prior. Checks can be made out to Cresstone.

ACRIS

Step 1: Request
To make an ACRIS Prep request, simply click on 'ACRIS' tab in the navigation menu at the top of the Website.

Step 2: Order
Once you provide your information, you will receive the form that can be downloaded and filled in, kindly email to info@cresstonellc.com.
Step 3: Preparation
We will prepare the Acris documents and email back to you within a reasonable time before closing date. Instructions and invoice will be provided as well.
